MITEC Reservation Calendar Entry

MITEC Online Booking & Reservation System has been developed as one initiative to have a systematic booking
facilities at our campus. By having this system, it will reduce booking time approval and we can go reduce paper
usage and will move closer to our aim to become paperless office.
Details on list of facilities includes in the system are:
- Meeting rooms
- Vehicle
- Other Facilities (Main Hall, Lecture Theatre, Tutorial Rooms, etc)
Benefit by having the system are:
- The system is online for 7 days a week. Thus, applicants can apply booking facilities without limitation time
- Paperless. No paper required for this system
- Notification will be received either for requestor or administrative upon any submission of booking facilities
Objective
Objective of this system are as below:
- To have a proper system for requestor and administrative on booking for facilities
- To minimize waiting time and approval on booking for facilities from 3 days to 1 day
- To have a paperless method for all booking purpose
